Hello Kitty!

 This birthday cake was made for my cousin's daughter.  It is a 2 tier layered cake of Chocolate Fudge and Chocolate filling. 

Milk and Cookies

Now who doesn't have a glass of chocolate milk and and Oreo cookie before bedtime?  This cake is just that: A glass of chocolate milk and a huge Oreo cookie.  My nephew is a big Oreo cookies fan.

Chocolate milk is made out of chocolate icing or pudding may be used.

Filling: Buttercream Icing

Wedding Cake

 I had been asked to make the cake for my sister's wedding.  The color theme was ivory, sage green and chocolate brown.  I incorporated these colors into the cake.  All the flowers are handmade using fondant.

Cake: Chocolate
Fondant: Ivory

Decorations: Chocolate brown ribbon

Angry Birds Cake

The crazy right now is cake pops and angry birds so I thought for my son's birthday...why not combine the two...
This cake is a large cake pop covered in fondant.

Icing: Can use either Chocolate or Vanilla

My Little Pony Cake

This cake was made for a friend's daughter's birthday.

It is a two tier chocolate cake with fondant flowers, hearts and horses.  The daisies and grass borders are made of buttercream icing.

Fisherman's Cake

 This cake was made for a friend's dad's birthday.

The cake has fondant and icing.  The water is made from candy gel. 

Strawberry Shortcake

 This cake was made for my daughter's birthday.  The cake was strawberry flavour to go with the theme with a nutella filling.  The whole cake was made with fondant.

Another Portrait Cake

This cake was done for my teenage nephew.  And what do most teenagers have?  Braces!  The cake comes with its own dental plan.
